The Learn and Earn (L&E) Program addresses the growing demand for skilled youth in India's booming manufacturing sector. This initiative bridges the gap between the industry and aspiring young professionals by creating a continuous supply of trained manpower.

Students are provided with a monthly stipend to cover their living expenses, and the entire cost of training is funded by partner industries. This model offers students the opportunity to gain hands-on experience and develop employable skills while pursuing their technical training (Certificate or Diploma), ensuring both financial and professional support during their learning journey.

Key Features of the "Learn and Earn" Model

Open to youth aged 18-25, with a minimum qualification of Class 10 passed or ITI, this program provides a robust entry into the professional world. The screening and entrance process ensures that the right candidates are selected for this valuable opportunity.
